Can I cancel my order?
Because we process our orders at the warehouse at the end of every day, if you want to cancel an order you have just placed, please notify us within60 minutes after you placed your order. If you contact us to cancel your order later than this, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping, at which point we may be unable to cancel the order. You may send any cancellation requests by e-mail to contact@Kalinzy.com.
What’s your return policy?
We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase made at our store, and to ensure that, we have established a 30-day Return policy. This policy grants you the opportunity to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item. However, there are specific conditions that must be met in order for the return to be accepted.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, exactly as it was when you received it. This means it should be unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, and packaged in its original form. Additionally, it is essential to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to be eligible for a return.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?
We are pleased to accept free returns for items that we shipped ourselves, but only in the event of an error on our part. For instance, if you received the wrong item or if it was damaged during shipping.
In case you changed your mind about an item or if you made an error in selecting the size, design, or shipping address. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.
Do you have a Restocking Fee?
Yes, Please be aware that for all products, there is arestocking fee of 15%that will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return the item. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the product once it is returned to us.
How do I place a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund or exchange?
A full refund (or a replacement product) will be issuedafter we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned products meet the qualifications to be refunded or exchanged.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
