Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer Free Shipping for all orders. All orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping time varies by location. Here are our estimates:

Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification from us containing tracking information that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@Kalinzy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Parcels Damaged
If you find that a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact our customer support immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact us for further assistance.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by responding to the order confirmation email. However, please note that once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will issue a full refund minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@kalinzy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as soon as possible. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis but will strive to find a satisfactory solution.
