Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by responding to the order confirmation email. However, please note that once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

What’s your return policy?

We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase made at our store, and to ensure that, we have established a 30-day Return policy. This policy grants you the opportunity to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item. However, there are specific conditions that must be met in order for the return to be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, exactly as it was when you received it. This means it should be unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, and packaged in its original form. Additionally, it is essential to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to be eligible for a return.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?

• We are pleased to accept free returns for items that we shipped ourselves, but only in the event of an error on our part. For instance, if you received the wrong item or if it was damaged during shipping.

• In case you changed your mind about an item or if you made an error in selecting the size, design, or shipping address. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

Do you have a Restocking Fee?

Yes, Please be aware that for all products, there is a restocking fee of 15% that will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return the item. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the product once it is returned to us.

How do I place a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Don’t worry—KALINZY packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to contact@Kalinzy.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange. 

How long does it take to process a refund?

Credit card refunds usually take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.

NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.Kalinzy.com Please refer to the return policy applied to the shop where you did purchase the product.
