Can I cancel my order?
Because we process our orders at the warehouse at the end of every day, if you want to cancel an order you have just placed, please notify us within 60 minutes after you placed your order. If you contact us to cancel your order later than this, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping, at which point we may be unable to cancel the order. You may send any cancellation requests by e-mail to contact@Kalinzy.com.
What’s your return policy?
At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, spelling, etc. We will accept the return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
All exchange and return claims require customers to provide us with evidence of the damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
How do I place a return or exchange?
Please reach out to contact@Kalinzy.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return and we'll take care of the rest.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
A full refund (or a replacement product) will be issued after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned products meet the qualifications to be refunded or exchanged.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry—KALINZY packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to contact@Kalinzy.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at contact@Kalinzy.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Product you ordered!
What’s your return process?
Yes within 30 days of receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
- Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship packages from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
